Bicycle Storage Solution

If you ever been to Japan or seen a Japanese movie you should have seen the amazing ways of how their car parking are. I mean the rotation car park in buildings.

Well leave it to the Japanese to come up with another solution for a growing storage/parking problem.

Well as they say, too much of a good thing can also be bad. With the growing number of cyclist we are starting to face the problem of bike parking in most CBD area.

Well the EcoCycle Storage seems to be an excellent solution. Its been around for a few years in Japan and its starting to get notice. Basically what it is, its a bicycle parking system.  It takes your bicycle and shoots it underground safe from harm and theft.  Its amazing really.

You will have to sign up for a small monthly fee to use one of these. (In Japan it costs 2,600 yen for a monthly ticket to use the parking and students pay 1,300 yen ) And then just swipe your card, slot in your bicycle and away you go.

One EcoCycle system holds up to 800 bicycle…. AMAZING!!!
